I've had my girls two weeks now, they are 17wk old.
While i noticed that one of the light sussex was much paler than the other, i thought nothing of it. Brought them home, put poultry spice on their food and acv in their water. Then last week gave vermx wormer for three days. I did exactly the same with my last girls.
Today, one light sussex is most definatley on 'odd' colour. She is still acting chicken, eating and drinking as all the rest, not moody - shes fine - just a funny colour!
I am going to put some pics on my profile in hope you can tell.....

Hi newchicklover, one of my hens last year went a very pale colour and I got in touch with Pimlott's Poultry who we got our three little girls from. I treated the coop with red mite spray after giving it a good scrub out and treated all three girls. Starr our Blackrock who was very pale indeed completely recovered. I don't know if this is any good but I was very worried like yourself. Hope everything is ok. maureen.x
