Chicken speak....

Well the other day, i went and sat in the run with my 3 girls for while. Had a cuddle with one of my sussex - she's always stood still to let me pick her up, and we have a good natter. Her sussex mate had a bit of a chunter but she is quite a skittish little thing. Anyway, after a bit of tempting with corn, it was time for a cuddle with babs - the brown one. Her and the scaredy sussex (sorry i dont have names cos i cant tell them apart anymore!), are best buddies, and well.., the sussex threw a right paddy!! Squaking at the top of her voice, ran to the far side of the run, fluffing her neck feathers up and being generally rather disgruntled!
What does all that mean? Did she feel left out? Just say the word cuddle to her and she'l run a mile!
The day after, she still had a right monk on with me, whenever i approached the run, she'd back off squaking fluffing her feathers up as if to say - these are my buddies..!! Even just today, she will quite happily scoff corn from my hand through the fence, but with every other peck she was still grumbling at me! How on earth have i peed her off so much!? what can i do to fix it?

Well she's still cross with me, neck feathers up, shouts at me, and backs off whenever i go near. Havent had cuddles with any of them since then.
