My chicken is currently not acting like her normal self she has a gaping open mouth and has been sitting down under the coop and not moving only moving when sweetcorn is offered to the chickens she then stands in the corner of the run huddled up, she also fluffed up feathers, the signs said to me at first she was broody but she hasnt been sitting in the nest boxes. we then thought she may been egg bound so got a make shift steamer after looking up internet about symptoms and nothing happened after that so we dont know what is wrong with her. The other 3 chickens are completely fine and have been acting normal. any help would be brill, Thanks Matt

Have you tried looking own her throat? She could have something stuck in it if her mouth is open, something like a piece of wire. Alternatively she has a very high temperature. Does she feel warmer than the others? If it's a temperature she needs a big dose of antibiotic, preferably from the vet, and she must be kept away from the other chucks.
