I have made a home made incubator and it was quite successful at times getting 80% hatching rate. I used a seed propagator and I drilled into the side of it and put a ordinary room therm0state attached to a light 80 watt light bold inside the propagator. We managed to get in to stay within a degree to 37.7. The only problem we had with it when it came to hatching getting the humidity right was hit ans miss. We insulated it and we still use it today as a hatcher. Hope this helpful XD
