Hi everyone, although new to this forum, have years of experience in breeding and keeping poultry. I've used every type of incubator, from a wooden cabinet, paraffin heated model, with sacking and waterbath humidity system, to a still air Hatchmaker. I'm thinking of buying a Brinsea OVA EASY 190 ADVANCE EX. Anyone got one, any drawbacks, hiccups or problems with it. I'm fed up with the cheap and cheerful chinese junk, I want to buy a decent machine, but at 800 euros it would be an expensive mistake, if it isn't ok.

I am sure it will be great I use the brinsea octogon as thats my favourite and takes up little room. My mate has just sold one of these ovaeasy cabinets last month so shame I didnt know you wanted one. SHe loved it but has gone out of hatching to just buying in pol's to sell as she makes more profit on them. I have loads of mates who use the suro king incubators and rave about them, so that is the only two makes I would go with Brinsea or suro king I am sure the cabinet will work brill for you. Red x
