I have been keeping poultry for many years now and I have quite a bit of experience. I wish I had as much experience online! I suppose the topic here is the perennial one of -you breed the things and then you have to offload them somewhere, and half of them are unwanted cockerels! Help! It is such a pity that cockerels are prettier than hens, and unless you are lucky, don't mix. Three little brothers for instance DO make super pets, but only on their own without any hens. If anyone wants a group of lovely bantam cockerels for free please get in touch! How do the rest of you manage with getting you progeny to good loving homes?
