You can usually sex ducks by around 5 or 6 weeks by voice, the ducks starting to quack and the drakes making a quieter sort of whispery hiss. Sounds like the smaller one may be a drake.

I have 2 aylesburys as well and am still not sure what sex they are, I am fairly she they are females as their noises sound alot more like quacks than hisses. Is there any other way of telling, before they they starting laying or not lol? They are 9 weeks old now.
Thanks
