Just a quick hi realising it might seem to be a bit rude that I've posted all abouts without posting an intro :)

I'm Diana, aka shimmering superstar on another forum, and although the main love in my life (next to hubby Wink) is my beautiful weimaraner, Cindy, I have also enjoyed keeping chooks for the past 3 years.

My little araucana has eventually gone broody. I expected her to do so back in May but we had some problem birds (feather plucking and egg eating) and I think the tension in the coup put her off. They are now gone (via the stock pot!) and she's all bare breasted and quite determined, so I'm hoping to pick up some araucana eggs for her to sit on... and thought it about time I got a little more active on chookster forums again. Cool
