hi we have just purchased 3 adorable pekin bantams, these are our first time poultry. we run a small rescue for mall animals but have wanted chicken or bantams for ages so have taken the plunge and just got our selves 3 lovely 5 week old bantams so any advice on feeding, housing etc would be more than gratefully received.

Pekin Bantams are one of my favourite breeds and I have kept them in several colours so I am sure you will love yours and I am glad to hear you have 'taken the plunge'. We shall be adding more general care pages to the network soon. Are you planning on free ranging your birds and do you know what sex they are?

thanks jamie, yes they will be free range around the garden and we have 2 hens and a cock bird they are about 5 weeks old so still indoors overnight.
