hi everyone, just purchased a few chucks, they run free range and
are laying lots of eggs
but
one has a dirty bottom!
why is this?
can you help sort out her little problem

Welcome to Poultry Talk. com
I hope you will enjoy being a member and will find us a useful
resource. We shall soon be adding more information pages on how
to look after your birds and more!
Occasionally you will get the odd bird who has a dirty bottom.
This may be caused by more prominent fluff, in this area on some
breeds and is nothing really to worry about. The best thing to do
is to pick the bird up and try to remove it and then trim any you
can't and carefully trim a little of the excess fluff from the
bottom.
