Hi everyone.

This morning i woke up and half my ducks were missing. Found one dead in the shed looks like it has been bitten on the back of the neck. There was feathers in the shed. The side door was little bit rotten and looks like something have scratched and broke it open. Found 12 out of the 24 outside this morning and the other 11 were missing without a trace. I was thinking it could be a fox but there is no feathers anywhere and the duck i found the bite wound was not that big. Please someone help me so no more of my lovely birds get hurt :)

Really sorry about that DM. I think I have already told you about the problems I have had with fox attacks kate in the summer. It took everything I had. Strange they have dissapeared without trace though. When mine were taken I never found any carcasses but feathers were everywhere.

Probably a stoat. Unfortunately will come back if your ducks were laying. Can you lay a trap?

Mink. If you have a mink in ther area you need to shoot it.
