hi new to this

i have sold eggs at the farm gate for 6 years
most of my neighbours now sell eggs too
i am wanting to branch out and sell to local shops and pubs etc.
i have emailed defra and they have given the information i need to register
how complicated is it and is there a lot more work involved than just selling at the gate.
thanks

I'm not too sure but if you ring DEFRA they may be able to help
I guess there are restrictions about you calling them Large Eggs or Free Range ...

How many hens do you have? Smile
