Hello to all of you from sunny North Yorkshire. I have 8 pet
chickens whose ambition seems to be to see who can make me laugh
most each day. I share their antics with others on my blog called
Mucky Cluckers. I have a Light Sussex (Mad Irene) and a Rhode
Island Red (Titian), then there are the bantams which are a blue
Orpington (Maggie), a lavender Pekin (Tu-Tu), 2 Araucanas (Punk and
Rebecca), a Poland Straight (Pom-Pom) and last but not least my
little Poland Frizzle cockerel (Fizz).

Sounds to me as if we've got the first tiny green shoots of the
Yorkshire Chicken Mafia! Nice to meet you both.

Yep, we're definitely becoming a force to be reckoned with - if we
can find time between cleaning out the coops and water dishes,
opening up, closing up, feeding, chatting to them, hand-to-hand
fighting with red mites ....... and so it goes on!
