Hi Norm
In my limited experience, my chickens ignore any fungi that pops up in the lawn - they just don't touch it. But then, while they're out on our lawn, there's lots of other stuff to eat. I've seen a fairly bald field with field mushrooms and the chickens in the field weren't touching them, either. But I don't want to guarantee your toadstools as safe!
But I'd never give my chickens lawn clippings - I've been told they can compact in the crop and kill a bird. I've never done it though, so can't say that that's a fact, either!
